Enable Lucky Orange and Yandex Metrics on Java API docs

Hi devs,

Per this ticket: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-14215, I have
enabled these on the general website and also on the online documentation,
but I am stuck with  adding these metrics to the templates used for API
docs and rebuild them.

Could someone please help?
