Hallo Liste, ich habe versucht auf einer AMD64-Maschine unter ubuntu 6.06 (Drapper) OO V2.3 zu compilieren. Hallo Eric, hallo Mechtilde, ich hab mir die von euch genannte Version gezogen. Installation war problemlos. Ein erster Anwendungstest ebenso (Headless-Betrieb zur Konvertierung von Dokumenten im Zusammenspiel mit JODConverter). Besten Dank für eure Hilfe! Huch, wieso so ein "altes" -buntu? Gut es ist der Longtime Support, aber sehr viel stabiler oder instabiler als das aktuelle 7.10 war bwz. es auch nicht und das 7.10 bringt, soweit ich weiß, aber ohne Gewähr, schon ein 64bit OOo mit. > Hat jemand eine Idee, warum regcomp hier aussteigt oder noch besser, > gibt es einen Workaround? Bei regcomp gibt es so gut wie keine Workarounds und wenn, dannn willst Du die eigentlich nicht nutzen :-) Du weißt dann ja nie, was trotzdem fehlt. Welches Java nutzt Du denn? Und welche ./configure Zeile. Ich weiß, dass es Probleme mit 64bit Java gab, egal ob das von Sun oder einem anderen Bereitsteller kam. Abhilfe war auf 32bit Java zu wechseln. Da ich keine 64bit Machine mehr habe, hab ich die Entwicklung hier aber nur mehr am Rande verfolgt. > Helfen würde mir auch ein Installationspacket (deb) für ubuntu 6.06 und > AMD64. Das ist einfacher: <ftp://ftp.linux.cz/pub/localization/OpenOffice.org/devel/.newserver/OOG 680_m9/Build-1/>. Such Dir die Sprache(n) aus die Du gerne hättest. Achtung! Das sind die offiziellen OpenOffice.org Pakete, da sind eventuelle Patches, die Debian bzw. -buntu einpflegt nicht drinne und die Funktionalität kann sich u.U. von der des distributionseigenen OOo unterscheiden.
