[DISCUSS] cordova-plugin-file release

Does anyone have any reason to delay a cordova-plugin-file release?

If not, I have plans to build a release sometime this coming weekend.

It will be a patch release for 
https://github.com/apache/cordova-plugin-file/commit/99ca43990c0bcdf19645367a27f1f8106d1be71d 
affecting Android
to fix a bug that prevents content:// paths from being resolved 
properly. Which will be necessary for some changes coming soon in the 
camera plugin.

[VOTE] Cordova iOS 8.0.0-beta.1 Release

Please review and vote on this Cordova-iOS Release v8.0.0-beta.1 by
replying to this email (and keep discussion on the DISCUSS thread)

The archive has been published to dist/dev:
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/cordova/ios-8.0.0-beta.1

The package was published from its corresponding git tag:
cordova-ios: 8.0.0-beta.1 (18a80d248c)

Note that you can test it out via:
cordova platform add https://github.com/apache/cordova-ios#8.0.0-beta.1

Upon a successful vote I will upload the archive to dist/, publish it
to npm, and post on the blog (PR for the blog post will be coming over
the weekend).

Voting will go on for a minimum of 48 hours.

* Ran coho audit-license-headers over the relevant repos
* Ran coho check-license to ensure all dependencies and
sub-dependencies have Apache-compatible licenses
* Ensured continuous build was green when repo was tagged
* Ran npm audit and confirmed no vulnerability warnings
* Ran `cordova build` test
* Ran `cordova run` emulator test
