[Desktop-packages] [Bug 2051504] [NEW] 0.4.17-1ubuntu1 removes all output and input sinks in gnome settings
Public bug reported: After the changes committed as part of https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pipewire/+bug/1995707 (wireplumber 0.4.17-1ubuntu1), all input and output sinks are removed from gnome settings on reboot. Playing audio through celluloid (mpv) still works with the default sink, while Firefox Nightly refuses to play anything. I've tested this on two machines now; - One running on nvidia+X11, without snapd installed. - Another running on intel+wayland, also without snapd. Reverting to 0.4.17-1 works fine, and gnome settings lists all output and input sinks again. ** Affects: wireplumber (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to wireplumber in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2051504 Title: 0.4.17-1ubuntu1 removes all output and input sinks in gnome settings Status in wireplumber package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: After the changes committed as part of https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pipewire/+bug/1995707 (wireplumber 0.4.17-1ubuntu1), all input and output sinks are removed from gnome settings on reboot. [Desktop-packages] [Bug 2102203] [NEW] Please update to 3.14
Public bug reported: Hi, Please update freerdp3 to at least 3.14.x, specifically because of this commit: https://github.com/FreeRDP/FreeRDP/commit/7af234347729bb2f4d4e90d9f9829dd1d1c87f77 (I think, not entirely sure) RDP connections are completely broken with 3.12.x unless you enable "Ignore certificate" in the Remmina advanced connection profile options.
