I also did some Tests... Copying file to a MP3 Player ( FS MSDOS ) i had similar Problems as described above. Copying Files to a external USB Hardisc ( FS EXT3 ) I don't see such problems. Maybe the coses come from different File Systems ? Do a google.. just one Talk: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1306333 i passed all Data with the apport-collect command..
