2015-04-10 Thread martincasc

I Use Ubuntu since Heron. Anyway, after some updates today, and a couple
of restarts, everything works fine. Don't understand the problem, but

[Bug 1442593] Re: Click on nautilu's icons and open a new icons for Files

2015-04-13 Thread martincasc
No problem Sebastien. As I've said, the issue seems to be solved. Maybe
some outdated packages. Since my last coment (friday 10) the problem
it's solved. :)

I've installed 2 times the beta 2. And in both installations I could
reproduce the bug. But after the upgrade avrething works pretty fine.-

[Bug 532633] Re: [Master] Window Control buttons: position/order/alignment

2010-03-27 Thread martincasc
@ Davin Walters:

Mark said that the design decision in not under voting, but good thata
(against or not left position) is welcome for the final decision...

That's what he said... And I don't see any problem with that, it's
something logical

(Read post comment #110 and #167 for more info)

Regards!

@David Walters:

Comment #110 "(...) The default position of the window controls will remain the
left,
throughout beta1. We're interested in data which could influence the
ultimate decision.(...)"

comment #167 ·(...)> If you want to tell us

No. This is not a democracy. Good feedback, good data, are welcome. But
we are not voting on design decisions.(...)"

I'm not quoting the rest of the comment, isn't neccesary... With this
it's pretty enough

Re: [Bug 1170647] Re: Clicking onNautilus’ launcher icon opens new window instead of restoring the minimized one when browsing external drives/locations

2014-05-27 Thread martincasc
While I had reported the bug, it was gone "just like that". However
after reinstalling Ubuntu 14.04 64 bits, nautilus froze recently and from
there the bug reappeared.-

[Bug 403135] Re: Notification area icon wrongly rendered/uses bg_color as a background (multiple apps)

2010-05-31 Thread martincasc
Well I can confirm that... I've tracking the bug of LVC and Banshee on
it's own web developers.

Some of the application mention here, are not supported by Canonical, so
fix this bugs it's must be done by apps developers.

If you track Banshee, You'll find that this bug it's reported since
2009. The reporter use Mandriva! And till now, is not fixes. I don't
remember the URL, but the list of them it's in the top of this page.

On VLC the answer it's simple, it's wont be fix.. There is a problem
with the alpha channel and can be fixed for now. Maybe latter (x day)
they found a way for solve this.

Now, maybe banshee will be include in Ubuntu Netbook, if that happen,
maybe our developers will help to improve the fix...

I thought the same that you JeromQc, but i found that the bug must be
fix by the app developers. In the case I found, Banshee and VLC
developers

Re: [Bug 552456] Re: tray icon background colour is wrong for apps running in Wine

2010-06-05 Thread martincasc
*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 403135 ***
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/403135

It's not icon problem, the problem it's in the app.. That's why you
solved ChekGmail bug, because the developers fixed...

That's what I read in the Banshee and VLC developers web, the problems
are report in their webs.

Regards!
