Public bug reported: Binary package hint: nautilus I open a file with VLC and let nautilus open ... than nautilus freeze and I had to kill to close it. Moreover sometimes it hangs browsing files. If I kill with SIGKILL and open again it can browse directories again. I'm unable to get this bug again. Nautilus never hang again. I did many many tests but I was never able to repeat again what happened for about a week every day. I don't know why. Now all's ok. I tried opening VLC and now X works perfectly. Maybe last upgrades fixed the issue. The bug doesn't affect the same distro ona machine with nvidia card.
