[Bug 594130] [NEW] Clock applet crashes when I click with the mouse on it
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-panel When I left-click the clock-applet, instead of displaying the calendar the application crashes and gnome-panel asks me if I want to reload it. I will be glad to provide more detailed information, I'm just not sure what kind of information can be helpful in this situation. There are no error messages when the crash occurs. [Bug 202089] Re: Pulseaudio is blocking normal sound after resume
I think I have the same problem. I'm running a fresh install of Ubuntu 8.04 64bits on a HP Pavilion DV6338se. If I start, for example, Amarok and after Skype, Skype says it is unable to use the sound device: "ALSA lib pcm_dmix.c:874:(snd_pcm_dmix_open) unable to open slave" If I run "killall pulseaudio", Skype starts working. I've attached the lspci -vvnn and dmesg in case this can be helpful. Please let me know if I can help providing more information or testing. ** Attachment added: "dmesg.log" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/14300471/dmesg.log -- Pulseaudio is blocking normal sound after resume https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/202089 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-power-manager in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
