[Bug 845760] [NEW] Evolution meeting requests have wrong times
Public bug reported: I get meeting requests at work (via MAPI plugin, Exchange 2003) and the times are always off. The meeting might be at noon but Evo thinks it's five hours later. [Bug 1705369] Re: Ubuntu 17.10 boots to black screen when using Nvidia drivers (on a desktop with an Intel GPU)
Just wanted to weigh in: simply adding "nomodeset" to my kernel command line worked! I was able to use the proprietary NVidia drivers, no problem. I'm on a ThinkPad T570. It looks like due to this change, I'm using X11 instead of Wayland. I don't know if I care either way, everything works great and the graphics are snappy.
