[Bug 1870847] [NEW] Show Applications has too many dots on right

2020-04-04 Thread Bob Harold
Public bug reported:

When I click the "Show Applications" button in the lower left, it brings up a
matrix of application icons, which takes a page and a half. There should be
two dots on the right to match the two pages, but instead there are * dots.
Moving up and down, the first and second dots highlight to show which page I am
on. But only the top dot, and the bottom two, can be clicked on to change the
page.

[Bug 1870848] [NEW] Show Applications blanks bottom 2/3 of bottom screen

[Bug 1870847] Re: App grid has too many page dots on right

2020-05-14 Thread Bob Harold
Fixed!
gnome-shell-extension-ubuntu-dock/focal,focal,now 67ubuntu20.04.5 all
[installed,automatic]

When I click the "Show Applications" button in the lower left, it brings
up a matrix of application icons, which takes a page and a half. There
are now correctly two dots on the right to match the two pages, and
clicking on the dots works properly.

I will open a new bug report - if the dock is on the right, the dots are
hidden behind the dock. I do not remember if that happened before.

[Bug 1878712] [NEW] Show Applications menu dots on right hidden behind dock

2020-05-14 Thread Bob Harold
Public bug reported:

With the gnome dock on the right, clicking the "Show Applications"
button (matrix of 9 dots at bottom right), brings up a matrix of
applications. On the right there are two or more dots, one for each
page of the menu. But the dots are behind the dock on the right, and
cannot be seen (mostly) and cannot be clicked. Picture attached. One
dot can be faintly seen between the Mail and Help icons. Another dot is
behind the help icon.
