I bump this because I'm experiencing the same bug:

In my case this happens when the system suspends due to inactivity and I
wake it up by moving the mouse or hitting any key on the keyboard.

My Desktop computer has 2 AMD GPUs, a 6400 and a 6950 XT, each one with
a single monitor connected.
