Bug description: 1. Anomalous short light flashing for the screen after remove the mouse for a period of time and when start moving the mouse. 2. Anomalous not short light flashing when try to adjust the brightness from the "Power Manager Brightness Applet". See the clip and notice that the pointer was stoping while the brightness wasn't adjusting yet.
