Removing from the 24.04.2 milestone, since this is very likely not in
time, and it's making noise in the release process. Feel free to
reassign to another milestone later :-)

Sorry I thought the milestone change was a mistake before seeing the
comments. We really want this in .2 because it's a shell crash
immediately on login, so it's important to fix in the ISO.
