Error on registration.

I've tried to create page on the Wiki page( for Summer Of Code 2014) and it
wanted credentials, that's why I wanted to register, but it gives me this
error:

Account creation failed: Error 926: please contact
debian-www@lists.debian.org for help if this continues.
