In our Oceanography Department all our servers work in adverse environmental
conditions. These servers working in continuous data acquisition of underwater
sensor networks. We have chosen debian operating system because it is very
stable and scalable, we can install debian in small computers with ARM
processors to put them inside a marine buoy or we can use debian on powerful
servers to run large oceanographic models.

Bug#740377: wagner.debian.org has a stale /etc/ssh/ssh_known_hosts file

2014-02-28 Thread Carl Worth
Package: www.debian.org
Severity: normal

In trying to verify the RSA host key fingerprint for git.debian.org I
noticed that the /etc/ssh/ssh_known_hosts file has some stale data in
it.

What I found:

wagner:~$ ssh-keygen -l -f /etc/ssh/ssh_known_hosts -F git.debian.org
2048 8c:c0:b8:9f:0a:79:ee:1c:77:c4:b8:a1:70:55:b7:31 git.debian.org (RSA)

What I expected:

moszumanska:~$ ssh-keygen -l -f /etc/ssh/ssh_known_hosts -F git.debian.org
2048 d7:0b:26:5c:7a:5d:56:40:a9:e0:5d:f4:e1:70:88:bf git.debian.org (RSA)

Thanks,

-Carl
