Yes, that's about it. I've had similar emails at other projects.
Ignore or report.

Hope that informs,

Who's using Debian?

2011-06-27 Thread João Paulo Just Peixoto

1) NOC, RG3.Net, Brazil
2) Commercial
3) http://www.rg3.net
4) We use Debian mainly in two of our servers (of a total of four
servers). One of them is a Web cache running Squid, serving more than
600 users (we run a WISP) and the other one is running ZoneMinder,
recording all our cameras activities. Also, we use Debian in two
workstations of a total of three. We have choosen Debian because of its
stability and simplicity. We think that many other distributions are
bloated. Also, we like the way Debian chooses which packages will become
part of the stable distribution.

PORTUGUESE VERSION:

1) Gerência de Redes, RG3.Net, Brasil
2) Comercial
3) http://www.rg3.net

That certainly should be done and after 10 months, it has been done.
I've also added some blurb about the logo itself. It certainly could be
read the wrong way and I think it is important to acknowledge your
contribution.

Also, I'm pretty sure the details on the wiki are right, but if you can
have a look at http://wiki.debian.org/DebianLogo and check that would
be good.

I would suggest the DPL though he's a busy guy. After 12 years it is
probably time for some updating. You can contact him on
lea...@debian.org

I thought I had actually made this change and it was only because
someone was asking a question about the logo I was on the site and
realised it was not fixed. Apologies for the long delay in replying.
