Unfortunately, spammers sometimes do get through our filters, yes.
The lists submissions aren't monitored/moderated, there's just too much
volume to do that. We're improving the automated filters, but there's
always room for improvement...

Searching for packages containing "pthread" i noticed that there is one
page of hits missing!
The page index at the top only lists pages 1 to 4, but there is a fifth
page, that can be accessed by modifing the URL.

Since you appear to actually know something about swish++, can you help
further and make newer swish++ versions work? :)

Last time I compiled 5.1, it completely failed to work, so I'm afraid that
if I recompiled 3.0.3 we use currently, it might break as well.
