Merchandising stuff
Hi, I've spoken to Gecko before about a section on the web server covering Debian t-shirts and the like. I would be glad if we would have a merchandising section where files are stored for general use if somebody wants to create t-shirts, coffee mugs, towels, underwear, sweater etc. with cool motives on. For the upcoming LinuxTag '99 in Kaiserslautern, Germany, I have produced some t-shirts and a second bunch is in process right now. I'd like to share my work with everyone so everybody is able to create cool t-shirts. If you open this section, I'd be glad if you would refer to http://www.infodrom.north.de/Infodrom/shirts/debian-lt99.jpg I can provide .xcf and .tga as well. http://www.infodrom.north.de/Infodrom/shirts/jhe-redone-small.gif Source comes from Apache, slightly modified by Blinder and me. Regards, Joey -- This is Linux Country. On a quiet night, you can hear Windows reboot. Please always Cc to me when replying to me on the lists.
Update xearth image or remove it
The xearth image in the Developer's Corner of the web site has not been updated for around a year (since I joined Debian :). I would propose its removal or it being updated, now that we have a database (db.debian.org) with this kind of info. Regards Javi
Add more content to the Developer's Corner
I would propose that the Developer's Corner would be changed to reflect many of the new things/developments under Debian. Things like the voting system (vote.debian.org) or the developers database (db.debian.org) come to mind. ¿Anyone? Javi

Connecting to http://db.debian.org gives me a message saying "Cannot open /etc/userdir-ldap.conf: No such file or directory"... What is the site supposed to be, anyway? So I put the jpg here, too, until we break off a seperate section. > > I can provide .xcf and .tga as well.
