I intend to orphan the tla package. The reason is I'm in process of
stopping using it in favour of a more robust and capable GIT. Arch is
a stable and a significant improvement over CVS and similar, but GIT
seems a similarly significant step forward.

If someone is still using tla and needs it functional, please adopt
