The debianutils maintainer would like to avoid reintroducing tempfile in debianutils but is willing to add a Depends relationship to another package that implements tempfile. I thus just packaged the last version of tempfile from debianutils in this new source package. The packaging can be found at [3]. This version of tempfile is the same as the last version of tempfile shipped by debianutils and thus includes the deprecation warning. It has a portable HTTP parser, and implementations using various asynchronous programming libraries. . It has concrete implementations for many targets, including lwt, lwt-unix, lwt-jsoo. . You can implement other targets using the parser very easily. Look at the IO signature in lib/s.mli and implement that in the desired backend. . You can activate some runtime debugging by setting COHTTP_DEBUG to any value, and all requests and responses will be written to stderr. Further debugging of the connection layer can be obtained by setting CONDUIT_DEBUG to any value. It annotates and predicts the effects of variants on genes (such as amino acid changes). The inputs are predicted variants (SNPs, insertions, deletions and MNPs). The input file is usually obtained as a result of a sequencing experiment, and it is usually in variant call format (VCF). SnpEff analyzes the input variants. (The with keyword requires Role::Tiny; method modifiers require Class::Method::Modifiers.) Class::Tiny doesn't support all Moose's attribute options; has should throw you an error if you try to do something it doesn't support (like triggers). Class::Tiny::Antlers does however hack in support for is => 'ro' and Moo-style is => 'rwp', clearers and predicates. From version 0.24, Class::Tiny::Antlers also adds support for `isa` and `coerce` using Type::Tiny. (I mean, this is a TOBYINK module, so what do you expect?!) Technically MooseX::Types, MouseX::Types, Specio, and Type::Nano should work, but these are less tested. It is a drop-in replacement that promises to be API/ABI compatible with the original project, while allowing it to run on other architectures such as AArch64 and IBM Power9. Hyperscan is a high-performance multiple regex matching library. It follows the regular expression syntax of the commonly-used libpcre library, but is a standalone library with its own C API. Hyperscan uses hybrid automata techniques to allow simultaneous matching of large numbers (up to tens of thousands) of regular expressions and for the matching of regular expressions across streams of data. Hyperscan is typically used in a DPI library stack. Vectorscan only runs on CPUs with a SIMD unit. On x86 CPUs, the minimum requirement is SSE4.2, AArch64 ISA already implies Advanced SIMD/NEON and ppc64le (Power8/Power9) already implies VSX enabled by default. My company, Vectorcamp, actively develops this and we have an interest in having this included in Debian. The Open Porous Media (OPM) software suite provides libraries and tools for modeling and simulation of porous media processes, especially for simulating CO2 sequestration and improved and enhanced oil recovery. Please note that the software is maintained in several repositories and hence this ITP is for several source packages. Packages should ideally be maintained via the Debian science team as this is software for physics. Most of the packaging will be maintained by me and a colleague who are also part of the OPM development team, but as neither of us are Debian maintainers we rely on some mentoring and definitely need sponsors for uploading. The actual packaging effort has already started and besides smal glitches seems to be now in good shape (as far as we as newbie/recreational packagers can judge). Current state of the packaging effort can be found at https://salsa.debian.org/blattms/ Below is a list of the packages: Source: opm-common Description: Tools for Eclipse reservoir simulation files The Open Porous Media (OPM) software suite provides libraries and tools for modeling and simulation of porous media processes, especially for simulating CO2 sequestration and improved and enhanced oil recovery. . The Eclipse file format is widely used in the reservoir simulation community. This package provides library containing code for processing files in Eclipse format as well as utility code used by other OPM modules. Source: opm-material Description: Material properties framework for porous media The Open Porous Media (OPM) software suite provides libraries and tools for modeling and simulation of porous media processes, especially for simulating CO2 sequestration and improved and enhanced oil recovery. . This header-only library contains the generic code for calculating material properties used when simulating porous media flow. It includes utilities for calculating relative-permeability/capillary pressure laws, thermodynamic relations, flash solvers, empirical heat conduction laws, et cetera. It uses automatic differentiation for calculating the properties. Source: opm-grid Description: DUNE grid implementations for reservoir simulation The Open Porous Media (OPM) software suite provides libraries and tools for modeling and simulation of porous media processes, especially for simulating CO2 sequestration and improved and enhanced oil recovery. . opm-grid provides implementations of grids for reservoir simulation, corner point or more general pillar grids, following the DUNE grid interface: CpGrid, a parallel corner point grid, and PolyhedralGrid a more general serial grid implementation of an unstructured, legacy, grid. . A standard grid type in the petroleum industry, corner-point grids fills the domain with a relatively low number of cells while still providing sufficient flexibility to model faults, fractures and erosion. The grid format was originally designed with an eye towards geological modeling rather than numerical simulation, but is still suitable for e.g. low order finite volume discretizations. Source: opm-models Description: C++ simulation framework for porous media flow -- development files The Open Porous Media (OPM) software suite provides libraries and tools for modeling and simulation of porous media processes, especially for simulating CO2 sequestration and improved and enhanced oil recovery. . opm-models is a header-only simulation framework which is primary focused on fully implicit models for flow and transport in porous media. It uses finite volume schemes for discretization and automatic differentiation for calculating the Jacobians. Its main objectives is to provide an easily usable, well maintainable, high performance framework which is capable of captu

Programming Lang: C, C++ Description : zero-copy inter-process communication library Iceoryx is an inter-process communication (IPC) middleware for POSIX based operating systems. It features shared memory capabilities which allow a true zero-copy data transfer. Originating from the automotive domain, it is crucial to transfer a huge amount of data between multiple processes to realize driver assistance systems or automated driving applications. Moreover, the same efficient communication mechanism can be applied to a broader range of use cases, e.g. in the field of robotics or game development. Iceoryx is an optional dependency of Cyclone DDS and makes DDS communication on the same host more efficient. It can also be used as stand-alone middleware for ROS 2. It will be maintained by the Debian Robotics Team. -BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE- iQGzBAEBCgAdFiEEJvtDgpxjkjCIVtam+C8H+466LVkFAmF9usIACgkQ+C8H+466 LVnRTwv+IwRr0qJthh+cUcSTI+o1watY7eRUvotWqIKorinWkcd6Yx1K7b/KnVou JxQt/hE5sC1hE1NfB2vQxa9Lz1iArmfasmUVlrCt8AxWEzpL1UmTJiFzxWQmym06 ppnBIn0eTQTxBKn/TQuw5MNRbxJVxA7Cd08Dz0czgkrbsjP9WeiudAXRLCq1JEgA cl28I5qtnqAZflFSIcX+7nqqnLirwAEAF5iuhlmx3ibff5JaHMCObxfl0RrUqbA7 pVmD7l2cY/qqxMmdPQbwb/4pqCeoX5ZFGu566PBYCSFyYu6tGaACaF98RrrpfaPN +qisfFcc7RMi5KUnterx0CUuzQHYQ+9cCIvmzTgyDOA0SovA+DXRNOoY6VtvdynN j4MfFWeYSz38Spg2j9NjS9qnPEG+zecnpnjzy65hP3nboXpcMY7Mxcn4oN8+5ZFg vcCxdO5SVLe79ytA1NgqnQ+Onijnn/2Pa36JTX3dGRu4pvigtp79gKUmZzjy6LIP DNI4OhwW =L3rW -END PGP SIGNATURE- --- End Message --- --- Begin Message --- Source: iceoryx Source-Version: 1.0.1+dfsg-1 Done: Timo Röhling We believe that the bug you reported is fixed in the latest version of iceoryx, which is due to be installed in the Debian FTP archive. I discussed this further with Brendan O'Dea, and mentioned also that upstream luit doesn't use automake, i.e., like the other programs which I maintain would depend upon autoconf-dickey. Mixing that with x11-utils would be unlikely to be a satisfactory arrangement. Brendan suggested that rather than using the alternatives feature, to instead a) use dpkg-divert to allow luit 2.0 to be installed with the existing x11-utils, and b) after luit 2.0 is available in main, update x11-utils to remove luit 1.1.1, replacing it with a "Recommends". I've uploaded the version using dpkg-divert here: https://mentors.debian.net/package/luit/ -- Thomas E.
