Bug#308576: ITP: poker-network -- multiplayer poker client library and server
Package: wnpp Severity: wishlist * Package name: poker-network Version : 1.0.0 Upstream Author : Loic Dachary <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> * URL or Web page : http://pokersource.sf.net/ * License : GNU GPL Description : multiplayer poker client library and server poker-network is a python poker server and client library. The server runs the games, deals the cards and controls the game. The client library provides a packet based API to join the ring games or tournaments and play the most common poker variants (holdem, omaha, 7stud). A simple minded poker bot is provided as an example application based on the client library and is used to stress test the server. Although recently packaged as a standalone program, poker-network was already in debian as part of the poker3d packages. The CVS is available at http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/pokersource/poker-network/ and the proposed Debian packages will be uploaded at http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=13546. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Bug#308725: ITP: dhcpv6 -- a stateful address autoconfiguration protocol for IPv6
Package: wnpp Severity: wishlist Owner: "Adam M." <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> * Package name: dhcpv6 Version : 0.10 Upstream Author : ?? Not a single one - many... * URL : http://dhcpv6.sourceforge.net/ * License : Mostly BSD, some LGPL and MIT/X Description : a stateful address autoconfiguration protocol for IPv6 DHCPv6 is a stateful address autoconfiguration protocol for IPv6, a counterpart to IPv6 stateless address autoconfiguration protocol. It can either be used independently or it can coexist with its counterpart protocol. This protocol uses client/server mode of operation but can also provide support through a Relay Agent. Current upstream does not appear to be very active. I'm not yet certain whether I will make this a Debian package or Upstrea/Debian patch. This depends on how much of the code can be replaced by current libc functionality. I should get this package done within a month (so by mid-June) since I will be doing some code reviewing and not just packaging. - Adam -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.11-1-k7 Locale: LANG=en_CA.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_CA.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". I guess you are packaging an implementation rather than a protocol (I'm not sure how you would package a protocol). I think you may need to improve your description with that in mind. s/protocol/server/ for example. Well, probably 2 or 3 binary packages from one source. But yes, s/protocol/{server,client,relay}/ in the one line description. This long description should probably only be used for the server and the client/relay have more terse long descriptions of what they do, not a description of what DHCPv6 protocol is. - Adam
Bug#250192: You hate dialup?
Hey whats up, Find out more from our site 1clickauthority.info Sincerely, Casey Kennedy orange watermellon cyan plum Those bus drivers aren't missing praying on the street just now.. But, I spent the next three weeks making a piece of simple software for her son to her specifications. While I was at it, I put 4-8 pictures on the screen as well. The simple program was finished and ready for her child to see. As I was presenting it, the other children in my classroom were pushing each other to get to the computer screen to touch that Touch Window and hear the word spoken again and again. I looked at these kids and was amazed. There was no music, no animation, nothing cute about this program at all, just real pictures with real words. I was stunned. I just watched the children. Within 10 minutes, several children who had never said a word in their life, made approximations of several words. I was hooked.. cyan strawberry brown plum Haven't the photographers already disliked praying?. I missed shouting carefully..
