Yes.

We have not yet decided on a release date, squeeze continues to be under heavy
development.

Hello,
during the last build of squid3 on amd64 a missing system header for IPv6
socket on the build machine caused squid3_3.1.1-3 to ship without IPv6 support.
Bug is reported as #578047 and #578519.

Bug#578542: pu: package mpg123/1.4.3-4lenny1

2010-04-20 Thread Daniel Kobras
Package: release.debian.org
Severity: normal
User: release.debian@packages.debian.org
Usertags: pu

Hi!

DSA 1958 introduced a libtool update that would no longer add the current
working directory to the library search path (CVE-2009-3736). This broke the
mpg123 version in lenny which chdir()s to its plugin directory and relies on
the previous libtool behaviour to find its output modules. Therefore, I'd like
to ask for permission to upload a new version of mpg123 to proposed-updates
that fixes the regression. Debdiff is attached.

Regards,

Daniel.

Please review apache2/2.2.9-10+lenny8 for inclusion in 5.0.5. Here
is the changelog:

apache2 (2.2.9-10+lenny8) stable-security; urgency=low

  * Add missing psmisc dependency for killall used in the init script.
Closes: #568542
  * Fix potential memory leaks related to the usage of apr_brigade_destroy().

The memory leak patch has been included in 2.2.15 (released 6 weeks
ago), without problems.

The full debdiff is at

britney ("the testing scripts") is provided with the list of RC bugs in
testing and unstable by the BTS; the list of open bugs in unstable
includes #559811 but the list for testing does not, hence it being
classed as a "new" bug.

I can't immediately see why the bug is being included in the list and
have asked one of the BTS admins if they could have a look.

Bastian Blank's comment in #578047 points to a bug in the package's
detection of IPv6 support, rather than a build problem.

Whilst it is possible that a binNMU would be built on a machine with
IPv6 support configured, that's not guaranteed and should not be relied
upon.

Please go ahead with the upload to unstable and let us know if you need

OK, I've uploaded boost-defaults. It's presently in the NEW
queue.

I don't know how to determine whether binNMUs need scheduling. Can
you help me with that?
