Bug#948827: kwindowsystem FTBFS: The XFixes library could not be found.

2020-01-13 Thread Helmut Grohne
Source: kwindowsystem
Version: 5.62.0-2
Severity: serious
Tags: ftbfs

kwindowsystem fails to build in unstable. The relevant message seems to
be:

| CMake Error at src/CMakeLists.txt:40 (message):
| The XFixes library could not be found. Please install the development
| package for it.
|
|
| -- Configuring incomplete, errors occurred!

Reproduced by reproducible builds:
https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/rbuild/unstable/amd64/kwindowsystem_5.62.0-2.rbuild.log.gz
Also seen on crossqa since at least three weeks, but less than seven
weeks:
http://crossqa.debian.net/build/kwindowsystem_5.62.0-2_armhf_20191221224841.log

It seems that for some reason libxfixes-dev is no longer part of the
installation set of the Build-Depends.
