Bug#756552: kde-workspace-bin: unable to unlock locked screen ("unlocking failed")
Package: kde-workspace-bin Version: 4:4.11.13-2 Followup-For: Bug #756552 Dear Maintainer, I want to provide additional information. I was experiencing the same problem after I restored a backup using rsync -a. Changing the permission to suid helped with the problem too. Apparently the suid bit was not set correctly during the restore? Bug#770965: phonon: Causes FTBS of subsurface on Hurd
Package: phonon Version: 4:4.8.0-3 Severity: critical Justification: breaks unrelated software Dear Maintainer, the dependencies of phonon cause subsurface to fail compiling on Hurd. This happens because there is no phonon-backend-vlc package on that arch. It can probably solved by adding an "| phonon-backend-null". I have noticed that phonon depends on phonon-backend, but for some reason that is not being selected and the build is failing. Feel free to reassign to apt if you feel that the bug belongs there. Bug#748533: Okular didn't print for me either, switching from lpr to cups-bsd helped
Hi. I had okular fail at printing for myself, too. I ran okular from an xterm and noticed that it output this to stderr when I tried to print: usage: lpr [-cdfghlmnpqrstv] [-#num] [-1234 font] [-C class] [-i [numcols]] [-J job] [-Pprinter] [-T title] [-U user] [-wnum] [name ...] I ran aptitude install cups-bsd and that resolved the problem for me. The version of lpr in lpr package, which I had at first, didn't work. signature.asc Description: Digital signature

> Seems to be comming from libmarble-dev but after that I fail to see why it's > pulled in :-/ Yeah it seems rather strange. I was not very sure on where to post the bug but I believe that libmarble is depending on phonon, and ultimately phonon is the one trying to pull in the non existing package. Not sure of why libmarble depends on phonon tho, it seems strange. -- Salvo Tomaselli "Io non mi sento obbligato a credere che lo stesso Dio che ci ha dotato di senso, ragione ed intelletto intendesse che noi ne facessimo a meno." -- Galileo Galilei http://ltworf.github.io/ltworf/ signature.asc Description: This is a digitally signed message part.
