Bug#699423: marble: Segfaults while typing in coordinates
Hi, I couldn't reproduce this issue, but running marble with helgrind is a nightmare. The recommended way use helgrind with kde programs is: QT_NO_GLIB=1 valgrind --tool=helgrind --track-lockorders=no marble I find quite useful to have a gdb attached to valgrind with the vgdb interface, so: QT_NO_GLIB=1 valgrind --tool=helgrind --track-lockorders=no --vgdb-error=0 --verbose marble and follow the valgrind indications to have a gdb connected to it. The backtrace reported upstream seems to have segfaulted after accessing the value() of a KBiAssociativeContainer right (KMap) result, so, is that an indication that the map node is no longer valid? I don't know. Happy hacking, -- "La duración de un minuto depende de que lado del baño estés." -- Ley de la Relatividad (Burke) Saludos /\/\ /\ >< `/ signature.asc Description: Digital signature
Bug#712732: juk: I changed settings, and set up "alt+c" to play the next
Control: tag -1 + unreproducible Hi, I couldn't reproduce the issue, neither as a global shortcut nor as a window shortcut, thus I'm tagging this bug as unreproducible and would be closed in the future if no additional information is added to it. By the way, note the alt based shortcuts are used by the translation dependant windows elements, such as the _File menu, that would assign the Alt-F shortcut to it, while using the spanish version would be Alt-A _Archivo. This quick access to the window elements is processed before the user configured shortcuts (and they can only be changed through the corresponding translation file), so, if possible, avoid alt-letter based shortcuts. Happy hacking, -- A computer scientist is someone who, when told to "Go to Hell," sees the "go to," rather than the destination, as harmful. Bug#531008: Whenever PC starts juk from autostart directory, application crashes
Version: 4:4.8.4-2 Hi, I could reproduce this issue in a wheezy installation, and since there is quite a version gap between the reported version and the tested one, I'm marking this issue as fixed in the later versions. Please reopen the issue is it's still reproduceable for you. Bug#756302: qtchooser breaks many many existing configuration scripts.
Package: qtchooser Version: 39-g4717841-3 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable Dear Maintainer, since I installed qtchooser, *every* project that uses qt has been broken. The reason for that is that they run 'qmake' in order to find out if it exists (and/or for an other query), but the 'qmake' that is found (in the PATH) is (obviously) /usr/bin/qmake, which is a symlink to qtchooser, which exits with an error (error code 1): $ qmake qmake: could not exec '/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/qt4/bin/qmake': No such file or directory $ echo $? 1 which then results in the configure script of that project to abort. It doesn't seem an option to install whatever provides /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/qt4/bin/qmake because that wants to delete half of my (64bit) OS. -- System Information: Debian Release: 7.4 APT prefers stable APT policy: (990, 'stable'), (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 3.2.0-4-amd64 (SMP w/8 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages qtchooser depends on: ii libc6 2.18-4 ii libgcc1 1:4.7.2-5 ii libstdc++6 4.9.0-7 qtchooser recommends no packages. Hi Carlo! We have multiple issues here. For a part of it, the real bug, is what #712264 "Does not depends on the binaries it masks" is about. I'm so merging this bug with the aforementioned one. Sadly this is wontfix. Now let's take a look at the other part of your report. If qtchooser is looking for /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/qt4/bin/qmake is because you might have qt4:i386 stuff installed. Run qtchooser -l to see which configurations you have at hand. If you want to build qt4 stuff on amd64 you need libqt4-dev:amd64 installed. This part is definitely not a bug but part of what qtchooser does. Feel free to ask in debian-...@lists.debian.org or in #debian-kde if in doubt. tag 756315 - patch thanks On Monday 28 July 2014 18:35:48 Fernando Seiti Furusato wrote: > Source: qtdeclarative-opensource-src > Severity: normal > Tags: patch > User: debian-powe...@lists.debian.org > Usertags: ppc64el > > Dear Maintainer, > > The package is failing to build from source on ppc64el. > Could you please consider adding ppc64el to *.symbols files? The real and best way to do this is to get ppc64el as a debian port, so buildlogs can (and will) be used every time we update them, as we retrieve them from debia-ports-org for every update. I could get them by hand if you point me to the url where those build logs are being kept. As a side note, this would be the second exception I make. If I need to add one more arch in my list of "getting build logs by hand" then I'll simply drop them until they get into debian-ports. Hello Lisandro. Thanks for the quick response. Apologies for the inconvenience, I actually saw that you worked according to debian-ports logs after I had already submitted the bug report, in archived bugs. Anyway the log for that can be found at the following url: http://ftp.unicamp.br/pub/ppc64el/debian/buildd-upstream/build_logs/logs/qtdeclarative-opensource-src_5.3.1-3_ppc64el.build Thanks for looking into this.
