Bug#135854: mgdiff: not able to diff utf-8 files
Package: mgdiff Version: 1.0-17 Severity: normal Once more, mgdiff's stupid binary-file detection strikes. Files in UTF-8 containing non-ASCII characters are considered to be binary and are not diffed.
