This package should ship the djpeg executable, named djpeg-mmx.
The executable builds just fine from source, it's just that the 
package forgets to ship it.

This is very important utility for people who care about JPEG 
decoding speed.

Bad move.

Debian uses a separate package for the 3.2 and 3.1 versions due to large 
performance difference (3.2 does more, but is much more resource 
hungry). Please reopen and mark wontfix.
