Bug#310188: hanterm-classic: manpage section changed without postinst update-alternative modification

Recently the manpage section has been changed:

  * debian/rules: install manpage as a section 1 manpage, not a section 1x
manpage

but postinst still installs hanterm-classic.1x.gz file:

Since Debian etch, UTF-8 is the system wide default encoding. It is
desirable to assume UTF-8 environment.

For this, just replace "posix" build target with "posix-utf8".
