Since I filed that bug report, I've changed to an amd64 system and 
reinstalled Debian.  I can no longer reproduce the bug-- ogle works fine 
on my new host.  So I'm sorry but I can't contribute anything more useful 
to this bug.  Andrew.

- par. 4 starts: "The previous version of twpol.txt tried to allow the
administrator to ad, ove & upgrade ..."

- par. 5 says: "This means that if a directory appears in the policy,
tripwire will all the files in that directory."
