Bug#901321: Bug#876197: Removed package(s) from unstable
Hi, I decided to take a look at other systems and distros to have an idea where mpage is for them as well. On FreeBSD: helio@freebsd /u/ports [1]> make search key=mpage [...] Port: mpage-2.5.7 Path: /usr/ports/print/mpage Info: Print multiple pages per sheet of paper Maint: po...@freebsd.org B-deps: R-deps: WWW: [...] On Fedora: helio@fedora ~> dnf search mpage [...] Name Exactly Matched: mpage = mpage.x86_64 : A tool for printing multiple pages of text on each printed page [...] On Arch: helio@archlinux ~> pacaur -Ss mpage [...] aur/mpage 2.5.7-3 (1, 0.0) Print several pages on a single sheet of paper. [...] I could continue with opensuse and others, non-debian based, but I guess I already made the point. Bug#990427: apt-listchanges: Invalid format text for mutt
Package: apt-listchanges Version: 3.24 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer, After performing an installation of a previously uninstalled package, apt-listchanges reported an error: "Invalid format text for mutt" The package still installed, but no changelog or NEWS was shown or emailed out. The expected behavior is that no error is thrown since the email_format is set correctly, or if there is an error in my configuration (aside from the email_format field), then that be pointed out instead. -- Package-specific info: ==> /etc/apt/listchanges.conf <== [apt] frontend=pager which=both email_address=br...@hashvault.io email_format=text confirm=false headers=true reverse=false titled=true save_seen=/var/lib/apt/listchanges.db no_network=false [cmdline] frontend=pager email_address=br...@hashvault.io email_format=text which=both [custom] frontend=browser browser=chromium -- System Information: Debian Release: 11.0 APT prefers testing-security APT policy: (500, 'testing-security'), (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 5.10.0-7-amd64 (SMP w/8 CPU threads) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE not set Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages apt-listchanges depends on: ii apt2.2.4 ii debconf [debconf-2.0] 1.5.75 ii python33.9.2-3 ii python3-apt2.2.0 ii python3-debconf1.5.75 ii sensible-utils 0.0.14 ii ucf3.0043 apt-listchanges recommends no packages. Bug#990428: ifenslave: Bonding not working on bullseye (using bond-slaves config)
Package: ifenslave Version: 2.12 Severity: important Dear Maintainer, Bonding on Debian 11 Bullseye is not working, when using "bond-slaves int1 int2" syntax on the bonding interface. However it seems to work, when defining bonding the other way around using "bond-master bond1" on the interfaces which make up the bonding interface. I came across bug #968368 and modified the ifenslave pre-up.d script, hence the changes below. The same config (using bond-slaves) was working fine in Debian Buster. In Bullseye the bond interface stays DOWN and /proc/net/bonding/bond* also shows mii-status down. -- System Information: Debian Release: 11.0 APT prefers testing-security APT policy: (500, 'testing-security'), (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 5.10.0-7-amd64 (SMP w/24 CPU threads) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_FIRMWARE_WORKAROUND Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_US:en Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages ifenslave depends on: ii ifupdown 0.8.36 ii iproute2 5.10.0-4 Versions of packages ifenslave recommends: ii net-tools 1.60+git20181103.0eebece-1 ifenslave suggests no packages. -- Configuration Files: /etc/network/if-pre-up.d/ifenslave changed: [ "$VERBOSITY" = 1 ] && set -x [ "$ADDRFAM" = meta ] && exit 0 add_master() { # Return if $IFACE is already a bonding interface.
