It seems that either you need the needs-root restriction or need to provide the full path to /sbin/ngetty-helper. Without needs-root, the test is run as a regular user. Please also mark this test as superficial. Currently this regression is blocking the migration to testing [1]. Can you please investigate the situation and fix it?
