Dear Maintainer,

Storm 0.20 has been released more than one year ago:

though debian/sid is still at the 0.19 version:

I would *love* to see an up-to-date version of the python-storm package, above
all because it is an essential dependency of globaleaks
.

Bug#933983: Removed package(s) from unstable

2019-08-09 Thread Debian FTP Masters
We believe that the bug you reported is now fixed; the following
package(s) have been removed from unstable:

python-storm | 0.19-2 | arm64, armel, armhf, i386, mips, mips64el, mipsel,
ppc64el, s390x
python-storm | 0.19-2+b1 | amd64
python-storm-dbg | 0.19-2 | arm64, armel, armhf, i386, mips, mips64el,
mipsel, ppc64el, s390x
python-storm-dbg | 0.19-2+b1 | amd64
 storm | 0.19-2 | source

--- Reason ---
RoQA; orphaned; no Python 3 port and no reverse dependencies
--

Note that the package(s) have simply been removed from the tag
database and may (or may not) still be in the pool; this is not a bug.
The package(s) will be physically removed automatically when no suite
references them (and in the case of source, when no binary references
it). Please also remember that the changes have been done on the
master archive and will not propagate to any mirrors until the next
dinstall run at the earliest.

Packages are usually not removed from testing by hand. Testing tracks
unstable and will automatically remove packages which were removed
from unstable when removing them from testing causes no dependency
problems. The release team can force a removal from testing if it is
really needed, please contact them if this should be the case.

We try to close bugs which have been reported against this package
automatically. But please check all old bugs, if they were closed
correctly or should have been re-assigned to another package.

Thank you for reporting the bug, which will now be closed. If you
have further comments please address them to 933...@bugs.debian.org.

Package: mdadm
Severity: wishlist

i intend to not run mdadm in monitor mode since i'm monitoring my system
with other means, so i've disabled (by debconf) to run mdadm as daemon
through sysvinit.

however, unrelated to that, mdadm *still* is run once a day through
cron.daily, which is very annoying as the cronjob does not allow to be
disabled in any admin friendly way.

please make the cronjob be disable'able through e.g. /etc/default/mdadm.

Regards,
Daniel

Bug#934339: pm-utils: Notebook (Acer Aspire 3690-2672) hangs up after hibernate image loaded

2019-08-09 Thread Alexandre Lymberopoulos
Package: pm-utils
Version: 1.4.1-18
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

Hibernaton used to work here, but after some update it stopped to
resume properly: the image is stored, system is halted. When powered
on the boot goes as usual until it loads the hibernate image and then
locks up (even alt+SysRq commands do not respond).

The lines on console after the load images succesfull are:

ACPI: EC: interrupt blocked
ACPI: EC: event blocked
ACPI: EC: EC stopped
Disabling non-boot CPUs...
