apt-build - Authentication warning overridden. - security issue?

2015-03-18 Thread Patrick Schleizer
Hi,

I was running:
sudo apt-build install ccache

And the output contained a message:

WARNING: The following packages cannot be authenticated!
  ccache
Authentication warning overridden.

Is this just how apt-build works or could this be a security issue due
to installing unauthenticated packages?

Cheers,
Patrick

Bug#173851: lynx: asks me about cookie again when wanting to see source

2015-03-18 Thread Denis Briand
Yes I have tried with google.
I hit "\" to see source and I hit "\" again to come back to the google main
page.
It works fine here, he doesn't ask me again about cookie.
Is it the good way to reproduce it?

Bug#429606: must ~/.mailcap be a plain file with only one link?

Well - note my response pointing out that the issue with symbolic links
was by design. There was no followup from the OP pursuing the question
of a hardlink. (Generally, if there's some followup explaining why they
wanted a change, I'll either explain why not, or make the change, but
lacking a dialogue, there's little to go on).

The feature in question had been there more than ten years:
