Bug#677326: marked as done (me-tv: CPU-usage in minimized mode depends on previous display-window size)
Your message dated Mon, 12 Jan 2015 06:21:07 +0100 with message-id <20150112062107.3719c767@s5.lokal> and subject line done has caused the Debian Bug report #677326, regarding me-tv: CPU-usage in minimized mode depends on previous display-window size to be marked as done. This means that you claim that the problem has been dealt with. If this is not the case it is now your responsibility to reopen the Bug report if necessary, and/or fix the problem forthwith. (NB: If you are a system administrator and have no idea what this message is talking about, this may indicate a serious mail system misconfiguration somewhere. Please contact ow...@bugs.debian.org immediately.) -- 677326: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=677326 Debian Bug Tracking System Contact ow...@bugs.debian.org with problems --- Begin Message --- Package: me-tv Version: 1.3.1-1 Severity: minor *** Please type your report below this line *** Probably due to the fact that I use onboard-graphics on my PC there is some difference in CPU-Usage when watching TV depending on the size of the displayed picture. At maximum window-size there are about 30 % CPU-Usage displayed, with a stamp-sized picture CPU-usage is minimal, too. Now when the window is minimized, i.e. invisible with no display at all, the CPU-usage stays at the previous level, depending on the display-size there was before. Generally low CPU-usage in minimized mode would be correct. You may regard this as a cosmetic issue, but in my opinion 30 % CPU-load is quite something while using the proprietary AMD fglrx-graphics-drivers. -- System Information: Debian Release: 6.0.5 APT prefers stable APT policy: (700, 'stable'), (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'proposed-updates'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.2.17jdt (SMP w/3 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_GB.utf8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages me-tv depends on: ii gconf22.28.1-6 GNOME configuration database syste ii libc6 2.11.3-3 Embedded GNU C Library: Shared lib ii libdbus-glib-1-2 0.88-2.1 simple interprocess messaging syst ii libgcc1 1:4.4.5-8 GCC support library ii libgconfmm-2.6-1c22.28.0-1 C++ wrappers for GConf (shared lib ii libglib2.0-0 2.24.2-1 The GLib library of C routines ii libglibmm-2.4-1c2a2.24.2-1 C++ wrapper for the GLib toolkit ( ii libgtk2.0-0 2.20.1-2 The GTK+ graphical user interface ii libgtkmm-2.4-1c2a 1:2.20.3-1 C++ wrappers for GTK+ (shared libr ii libsigc++-2.0-0c2a2.2.4.2-1 type-safe Signal Framework for C++ ii libsqlite3-0 3.7.12.1-1~bpo60+1 SQLite 3 shared library ii libstdc++64.4.5-8The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 ii libunique-1.0-0 1.1.6-1.1 Library for writing single instanc ii libx11-6 2:1.3.3-4 X11 client-side library ii libxine1 1.1.19-2 the xine video/media player librar ii libxine1-ffmpeg 1.1.19-2 MPEG-related plugins for libxine1 ii libxine1-x1.1.19-2 X desktop video output plugins for Versions of packages me-tv recommends: ii dvb-apps 1.1.1+rev1355-1 Digitial Video Broadcasting (DVB) me-tv suggests no packages. -- no debconf information --- End Message --- --- Begin Message --- -BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE- Hash: SHA1 I am not re-checking on this, I close it because it is an old bug. -BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE- Version: GnuPG v2 iEYEARECAAYFAlSzWcMACgkQ5+rBHyUt5wsqUQCdFHcs7eOd0BG1fK1wB6mNUwx2 XRwAn0Zybf58hjdtMQbtOFmoJIVm1G9p =Hzkn -END PGP SIGNATURE- --- End Message ---
