Bug#732207: tvtime: Fails to install + segfault
Adding a #include and a #include to tvtime-configure.c doesn't fixes the problem.

That said there are other binaries affected using exactly the same code, namely tvtime-scanner.c, tvtime-command.c and tvtime.c.
