Here we even use COLUMNS=999 sysv-rc-conf --list
to try to distinguish the names of two items for our record of how we
configured the system,

ssh  2:off  3:off   4:off   5:off
stop-bootlog 2:on   3:on4:on5:on
stop-bootlog S:on
udev S:on

alas, there is no way.

Bug#719963: Solution for 719963

Removing inc/Scalar/Util.pm is sufficient to make the package build.
Since every perl from 5.7.3 on has shipped Scalar::Util, it's not
necessary to use the version in inc.
