Package: limo
Version: 0.3.2-3.1
Severity: wishlist

Love all the extra 'li' features, (especially the '-f' switch), but
if I'm not mistaken, the man page doesn't show how to output one
line per file suitable for piping.

The '-S' switch seems like it might work:

% man limo | grep -A 2 -n '\-S'
266:-S
267- set the default chunk separator character (default is a
268- space)

...but either it doesn't, or I misunderstand its function:

# make chunk separator a linefeed
% li -S'
' /bin/ash /bin/bash
/bin/ash /bin/bash

I'd expected those file names to be on separate lines. If that's not
what '-S' is for, then its man page entry is unclear and should be revised
for clarity.

I found a kludge that works:

% li -W1 /bin/?sh
/bin/ash
/bin/csh
/bin/ksh

Possible fixes:

A) if 'limo' isn't already designed for line output:
1) Add one-per-line style to the '-p' switch.
2) Or document the above '-W1' kludge.

B) if 'limo' has (non-kludge) line output:
1) the manual should say so**, and maybe the '-h' switch
   text also.

(**Did I miss it?)

Hope this helps...

Bug#593992: Removed package(s) from unstable

2010-08-23 Thread Debian Archive Maintenance
We believe that the bug you reported is now fixed; the following
package(s) have been removed from unstable:

tkfont | 1.1-13 | source, all

--- Reason ---
RoQA; orphaned, minimal popcon, replacements exist
--

Note that the package(s) have simply been removed from the tag
database and may (or may not) still be in the pool; this is not a bug.
The package(s) will be physically removed automatically when no suite
references them (and in the case of source, when no binary references
it). Please also remember that the changes have been done on the
master archive (ftp-master.debian.org) and will not propagate to any
mirrors (ftp.debian.org included) until the next cron.daily run at the
earliest.

Packages are usually not removed from testing by hand. Testing tracks
unstable and will automatically remove packages which were removed
from unstable when removing them from testing causes no dependency
problems. The release team can force a removal from testing if it is
really needed, please contact them if this should be the case.

Bugs which have been reported against this package are not automatically
removed from the Bug Tracking System. Please check all open bugs and
close them or re-assign them to another package if the removed package
was superseded by another one.

Thank you for reporting the bug, which will now be closed. If you
have further comments please address them to 593...@bugs.debian.org.

Hi,

I have worked on the debconf po file for the gnats package
and noticed one string that's quite bad formatted. There
should be added some \n to force new lines to improve
readability of that template.

Patch attached.

Thanks

Greetings
Holger

[House-cleaning on bugreports]

I recommended some changings to make the debconf templates
more readable.

But since the report is very old, and the maintainer is not
willing to implement it (there have been uploads in 2010, but this
bug is still open, so I indicate there is no interest in
improving the templates), I close this bug.

Thanks
Holger

Bug#594134: metastore(1) -f option's argument isn't handled properly

2010-08-23 Thread Ivan Shmakov
Package: metastore
Version: 1+20080623+debian-1

Apparently, the command's ‘-f’ option's argument isn't handled
properly:

$ command time metastore -sf FILE -- .

Command exited with non-zero status 1
…
$ command time metastore -s -f FILE -- .

While the (should be) synonymous ‘--file’ long option has no
such problem:

$ command time metastore -s --file FILE -- .

Proposta desenvolvimento de WebSite

2010-08-23 Thread Paulo Aleksandro
Bom Dia

esperado.
