Bug#568986: capisuite: Installed CAPI required for start

Trying to use an AVM B1 with the capiutils-package the start of capisuite
fails, c. f. /var/log/capisuite.error:

Can't start Capi abstraction. The given error message was: CapiError: Error
in CAPI20_ISINSTALLED: CAPI not installed. occured in Capi::getCapiInfo()

Since capiutils (maybe there are other packages, too) installs CAPI the
enforced start of it (or a comparable one) prior to capisuite solves the
problem.

Sorry about that. I realized just after sending the mail that the name
of the binary was jvisualvm and not visualvm...
Anyway, I fixed that with the upload 6-18-1.

You are wrong. Java Visual VM is available in debian. Try this:

$ grep jvisualvm filelist
