Hi,

during Ubuntu's rebuild test, wvdial failed to build [1]. While the failure 
showing in the build log is already fixed in 1.60.2, either the newer eglibc 
or gcc-4.4 doesn't allow an implicit cast.

Attached is a patch to fix the build failure. Would be cool if you can add
it.

Bug#315664: sysvbanner: two versions of banner in different places

Actually no, the reason was not to work around sysvbanner, but simply because
that's where FreeBSD puts it. Anyway, I plan to rename it and move it to the
right dir.
