Bug#129027: marked as done (python-gnome: If no icon is added, GnomeDruidPage leaves white space in corner)
Your message dated Mon, 17 Apr 2006 15:55:52 +0200 with message-id <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> and subject line unreproducible; closing has caused the attached Bug report to be marked as done. This means that you claim that the problem has been dealt with. If this is not the case it is now your responsibility to reopen the Bug report if necessary, and/or fix the problem forthwith. (NB: If you are a system administrator and have no idea what I am talking about this indicates a serious mail system misconfiguration somewhere. Please contact me immediately.) Debian bug tracking system administrator (administrator, Debian Bugs database) --- Begin Message --- Package: python-gnome Version: 1.4.1-14 Severity: minor Please consider: #!/usr/bin/python from gtk import * from gnome.ui import * if __name__ == "__main__": win = GtkWindow() druid = GnomeDruid() druid.show() win.add(druid) page = GnomeDruidPageStart("Foo", "Bar") page.show() druid.append_page(page) win.show() mainloop() If this program is called, the opened druid window contains a white rectangle in place of the icon. I've seen other druids (like the one of GnuCash) where this doesn't happen. (See attached image.) You can exchange GnomeDruidPageStart by GnomeDruidPageFinish and it will show the same behaviour. Bug#229595: unicode/utf-8 support desperately missing
The problem becomes worse: Fortunately, with etch Debian becomes UTF-8 by default, but neither a2ps nor enscript can handle it. cedilla needs nearly 12 MB of CLisp plus 25 MB TeX stuff, which makes it a little bit heavy-weight, but at least it works... -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". bug #227187 isn't fixed in stable
Hello, Bug #227187 (package xsysinfo) is fixed in unstable, but it isn't fixed in stable. It's quite easy to fix, just apply the patch in the bug report. That what I actually did, here is the package: http://pierre.baudu.in/files/xsysinfo_1.6-13.1_i386.deb Cheers, Pierre

Please remove rules.old
There are a few dozen source packages in the archive that contain a file called debian/rules.old. On Mon, 17 Apr 2006 20:59:03 +0300 "Eddy Petrişor" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote that some apt-cache generated graphs kill xvcg. I get the same result. Is it an apt-cache bug? No. myqsort() from src/step2.c seems faulty. If a unset the OWN_QUICKSORT macro in preconf/X11gccLinux/globals.h, the graphs are drawn. I could try the failed assertion, oolite is not a Debian package. no_own_quicksort.patch Description: Binary data
