Few questions for you:

1) What are the permissions on
   /import/Linux/home/neudecke/Daten/diplom-rdiff-backup/rdiff-backup-data?

2) What are the permissions on
   
/import/Linux/home/neudecke/Daten/diplom-rdiff-backup/rdiff-backup-data/backup.log?

3) Can you write to the previous file?

4) Are you out of space or at quota on that NFS mount?

5) Are you able to run rdiff-backup successfully to another folder on
   that NFS mount?  Doesn't necessarily need to be with the same data.

6) Are you able to run that backup job to another folder on the NFS
   mount?  A clean start?

wrong. It is  now.

And while I'm at it: there are some spelling errors, too. I think the
last sentence should be more like

 simple http based interface."
