t-gnus override disparity

2004-07-11 Thread Debian Installer
There are disparities between your recently accepted upload and the
override file for the following file(s):

t-gnus_6.15.8.00-1.1_all.deb: package says priority is optional, override says
extra.

Either the package or the override file is incorrect. If you think
the override is correct and the package wrong please fix the package
so that this disparity is fixed in the next upload. If you feel the
override is incorrect then please reply to this mail and explain why.

[NB: this is an automatically generated mail; if you replied to one
like it before and have not received a response yet, please ignore
this mail. Your reply needs to be processed by a human and will be in
due course, but until then the installer will send these automated
mails; sorry.]

Probably you are the uploader of the following file(s) in
the Debian upload queue directory:
  snacc_1.3bbn-6.diff.gz
  snacc_1.3bbn-6.dsc
This looks like an upload, but a .changes file is missing, so the job
cannot be processed.

If no .changes file arrives within 23:20:29, the files will be deleted.

Hello!

Indeed, I keep many of the "abandoned" applets up-to-date
by including the patches submitted by others. asmon is
no exception, so you can send me a note whenever you have
a bug report against it. I will appreciate that.

The asmon is up to the version 0.64 now and included some
changes that made tracing back the bugs somewhat complicated.
I hope I managed to update the right places. The new version
that includes the bugfixes is 0.65 and is available at:
http://www.tigr.net/afterstep/download/asmon/

Thanks!
Albert

An optimist thinks that this is the best possible world.
A pessimist fears that this is true.

Bug#249740: FTBFS: Out of date aclocal.m4 inter alia

2004-07-11 Thread Emanuele Rocca
Hi,
I've tried to track down the problem this night.

The 'bootstrap' file is not executable and this make the boot target of
debian/rules fail ungracefully.

After running debian/rules boot, the package builds fine.

The problem is that debian/rules clean is not doing his work and
therefore trying to build the package again led to "unrepresentable
changes to source"; perhaps Makefile.in is not generated correctly, I
don't know.

Here you can find a full pbuilder log of a successful build:

http://people.debian.org/~ema/snacc_1.3bbn-6

HTH.

ciao,
