Package: xttitle
Version: 1.0-1
Severity: wishlist

While the man page gives a (slightly erroneous, due to nroff mangling)
example, it might be useful to provide some example code for .bashrc.
Here's an extract from my .bashrc:

# begin example .bashrc
update_title()
{
 [ $TERM = "xterm" ] && xttitle "[$$] [EMAIL PROTECTED]:$PWD"
}

function cd()
{
 builtin cd $*; update_title
}

function ssh()
{
 /usr/bin/ssh $*; update_title
}

# If running interactively, then:
if [ "$PS1" ]; then
update_title
fi
# end example .bashrc

These settings seem to keep my title reasonably updated and don't
interfere with scp/rsync.

Bug#192490: libkdexparts1: uninstallable

2003-05-08 Thread Ryan Murray
Package: libkdexparts1
Version: 2.2.2-4
Severity: grave

libkdexparts1 is uninstallable because it still depends on kdelibs3 and
libfam0. It needs to be rebuilt against kdelibs4 and libfam0c102 with gcc 3.2,
which probably also requires a new upstream version.

At any rate, David Rios was before you and he haven't said anything
yet. So I suppose he is still interested on calc.

In January, at DebConf 2 in Perth, Australia Bdale Garbee as DLP
said that we should have more debian developers in countries where
there are almost none. During a Linux conference in Mexico, he was
amazed with the popularity of debian and none (zero) debian
developers in that country.

This is the oportunity of David Rios to become a debian developer.
He is from Colombia where there is only _one_ debian developer.
