I've just upgraded to latest sid, and the above command works again!

% dpkg -s libc6 libgcc1 libsp1 libstdc++5 sgml-base | grep Version
Version: 2.3.1-15
Version: 1:3.2.3-0pre6
Version: 1.3.4-1.2.1-29
Version: 1:3.2.3-0pre6
Version: 1.17

Could it have been a glibc bug? (!)

Bug#185500: KDE doesn't respond to 'lock screen' menu

2003-03-19 Thread Jerry_Bash

Package: KDE (kdebase)
Version: 2.2.2-14.2

I have not been able to 'Lock Screen' in this version of KDE.  I am running debian sid.
The menu, when selected, has no effect whatsoever.

I have not seen this listed on the mailing lists as a bug, so if it is a duplication, I apologize.

Thanks,
Jerry Bash

Package: biomode

Justification: renders package unusable

I've apt-get installed biomode from the woody release 0, and am trying
to use it with the version of xemacs from Debian Woody 3.0r0(xemacs

table property requires a value: 64", the original mode remains and
bio-mode doesn't start.
