developer.php cron job

Can whoever has access to the cron job that updates the general
information please change it to run at around 00:00 UTC since the script
it gets its information from doesn't finish until ~ 23:10 UTC. I forgot
which script that is perhaps the author of developer.php knows. As it is
the page is almost always ~ 22hr out of date since it runs about 2hr
before the other script does.

If I remember correctly the script that I was told didn't finish until
sometime after 23:00 was britney, what I saw that appeared to be
affected was excuses. Later I found out excuses looked odd for some
unrelated reasons so the person telling me about britney finishing so
late may be wrong.
