Perhaps he'd rather drop it? Sorry, Nathanael. I'm not MIA, for example I've uploaded two versions of linux-ntfs in the last two weeks. I also accept that xmovie is being ignored by me in the last year or so. Upstream is(was) very narrow-minded. Now it seems to have embraced the fact that maybe some other people wants to package his software. I promise to have a working xmovie in a week. Sorry if it bothered to have ignored your bug (and the others). Regards, Ender. -- Network engineer Debian Developer
Better coordinating when pages update?
So, http://bugs.debian.org/release-critical/other/all.html and http://packages.qa.debian.org/ and http://bts.turmzimmer.net/ all show packages as being in 'testing' which aren't, because they were removed on the last run. Perhaps there's some way to schedule the (apparently daily) update of these so that it happens shortly *after* the testing scripts run? (Shortly after the unstable installation scripts run would be good too.) I don't really know what the timing on these things is, but it seems to me this wouldn't be too hard if the timing information was available, and would result in improved accuracy at little cost. -- Make sure your vote will count. http://www.verifiedvoting.org/

Glad to hear it, and sorry about the mistaken suggestion. :-) I thought I'd checked all your packages for most-recent-upload, but I must have missed linux-ntfs. :-/ >I also accept that xmovie is being ignored by me in the last year or >so. >Upstream is(was) very narrow-minded. :-( > Now it seems to have embraced the fact >that maybe some other people wants to package his software. Cool. >I promise to have a working xmovie in a week. OK -- it doesn't need to be *that* quick, as I'm sure linux-ntfs is more important . :-) --Your Friendly Nag
