Re: Taking over DPMT (Was: python-boto: autopkgtest failure with Python 3.8 as default)
Hi, this bug stays a source of autoremoval warnings noise. I wonder if someone might take action on this to move the package to team maintenance. Eric suggested the cloud team which is perfectly fine for me - but can this please made happen. It should not be that hard once the repository is moved to inject the NMUs, the patches in this bug log and upload. Thank you Andreas. -- http://fam-tille.de

I'll move this package to a cloud-team repository and prepare an upload to unstable on Monday if nobody beats me to it. noah
Requesting membership for DPMT
Hello, I would like to become a member of DPMT in order to package and maintain python packages. Specifically I have filed ITP #960025 and have put some packaging efforts into my repo on salsa. My username on salsa is "devrtz". I have read, understood and accepted the policy under https://salsa.debian.org/python-team/tools/python-modules/blob/master/policy.rst Having said this, I am looking forward to becoming a member and learning more about the world of debian packaging :) If you wish to contact me outside of this mailinglist, I will be lurking on the IRC channel (devrtz) or on matrix (@devrtz:fortysixandtwo.eu). Thanks in advance Evangelos Ribeiro Tzaras
