In my project (rubber) I find 4 branches after migration. The first 3
are explained on [1] and [2]. What about branch "svn"? Can I assume it
to be obsolete and simply kill it?

Name of the upstream branch

"we are strongly recommending you use DEP-14 style branch names"

and below:

"upstream - The un-Debianized upstream source."

I ask to change the latter branch name to "upstream/latest",
first, because that's what DEP-14 says, and
second, because "upstream/" is necessary anyway in some
cases and is less confusing then.

Objections?
