Call for testing: Sphinx 1.5

2016-12-23 Thread Dmitry Shachnev
Hi all,

With some delay (usual for me), Sphinx 1.5 is now available in experimental.

There are some incompatible changes, see the documentation [1] for details.

Please test your packages and make sure they build fine with this new version.
When in doubt, file a bug against src:sphinx.

Docutils 0.13 was also uploaded some time ago and broke some packages,
I filed bugs for some of those. If it broke your package too, please let
me know about that.

If everything goes well, I want to have Sphinx 1.5 included in Stretch.

The major remaining difference between our packaging and upstream is that
we have non-English search disabled, this needs some changes in snowball
which I am waiting for. Everything else should work like in upstream.

2016-12-23 Thread Ghislain Vaillant
Dear all,

May I request sponsorship for the latest update of numpydoc:

  https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/python-modules/packages/numpydoc.git

In addition to the new upstream release, I took the liberty to add a
packaging testsuite.

Changes since the last upload:

  * Team upload

  [ Ondřej Nový ]
  * Fixed VCS URL (https)

  [ Ghislain Antony Vaillant ]
  * Filter upstream tarball from vendored sphinx.ext.linkcode
  * New upstream release
  * Update copyright file
  * Bump versioned depends on Python to 2.7 and 3.4
  * Bump standards version to 3.9.8, no changes required
  * Add packaging testsuite
  * Rearrange copyright paragraphs to fix Lintian warnings

Best regards,
Ghis

DPMT membership request for randall-guest

2016-12-23 Thread Lee Garrett
Hi everyone,

I would like to join the DPMT. I plan on working on modules mainly used for
Ansible (I'm currently updating pywinrm). I have read and accept the DPMT
policy found at [1].

My Alioth account is 'randall-guest'.

Thanks in advance!

Regards,
Lee
