File bugs on all packages using it. Remove it and anything still depending on it. The maintainer is responsible for declaring it is deprecated. We should only add a Lintian warning to tell the packager of a *pre-existing* deprecation. The deprecation itself isn't a matter of changing Lintian, but of someone authoritative for Python policy saying that pysupport is deprecated.
